How to find out more and get help
The Scheme website at www.rolls-roycepensions.com has a lot of information about your pension. We’ve got a dedicated Help & Support tab on the homepage and there’s more detailed member information available when you log into your account.
You’ll also find help with using the website at our YouTube channel.
If you can’t find the information you’re looking for, you can use the Contact Us feature in your online account, send an email to [email protected] or call the pensions team on 01332 333335.

Internal Dispute Resolution Procedure
If you have a complaint concerning your Rolls-Royce UK Pension Fund membership, you should first make a formal complaint to us. You can access our full complaints procedure here.
If we are unable to resolve the complaint with you, then you can refer your complaint to The Pensions Ombudsman. You can call them on 0800 917 4487 or email them at [email protected]
